Shipping Policy:

Shipping method is determined by your “shipping zone.” In most cases you have a choice of shipping methods.

1. USA Zone: This consists of the fifty US states and Overseas Military Addresses (AA, AE, and AP).

2. US Territories Zone: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands:

3. All other locations:

We sell to international customers. However, no shipping options are defined. You should contact us for a shipping quote.

You have a choice of shipping options within the methods displayed for your zone. Choose your desired shipping method when checking out.

We ship every in-stock item UPS Ground (USA Zone  and US Territories Zone only) or USPS Priority Mail within 24-48 hours barring any complications. This is our processing time. Standard shipping takes approx. 1-5 business days. You can expect it within 5-15 days after placing your order depending upon your location and the time of year. Usually however, you will receive your item in about 2-4 days after it is shipped. (International orders will, of course, take longer.)

Shipping times are based on “working days.” For example, a two day air package shipped on Thursday will arrive at its destination the following Monday (1. Friday, 2. Monday) If an item is on backorder, you will be notified and we’ll take whatever action is most convenient for you.

You can not modify or cancel an order after it has shipped, but you can return the item if you do not want it after you receive it. See our return policyWe cannot guarantee that we will ship orders the same business day.

We are not responsible for an order after it has shipped. If we ship to an incorrect address due to your error, we are not liable for the shipping charges. Shipments can be delayed due to inclement weather or other circumstances. We will work with a carrier to the best of our abilities to make sure your order arrives on time, but any errors made by the carrier are their sole responsibility. In most cases, shipments carry some sort of reasonable insurance. It is your responsibility to ask us for additional insurance or to require a signature upon delivery. You are also responsible to make reasonable accommodations for the safe delivery of your package.

We require a valid postal address for both billing and shipping. Billing address is the one where you receive the bill from your financial institution, not necessarily where you happen to be located. Generally, we don’t ship to freight forwarders to avoid fraud. We sometimes make exceptions to this especially for international orders as long as we are confident of the identity of the customer. (UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes.) Balls ‘N’ Bands is financially liable for processing fraudulent orders, and we reserve the right to refuse to ship products to addresses we deem suspicious.
