The TOGU® Bodybone Rollerr is a German-made bodybone roller designed to loosen tension along the entire spinal area. It is designed to massage various areas of your body including feet, arms, and spine. For use in therapy and training to relieve tension throughout the Spinal area. It is anatomically designed for optimum results. Just lay on it and relax to relieve tension throughout the spinal area. Can be used after an in intense workout session to relax. The KNOB on the end provides a targeted trigger point massage and acupuncture massage. Bodybone roller comes in 2 types Regular and XL.

The TOGU® Bodybone Roller XL version is almost twice as big which allows it to have a few additional uses. It can be used as an unstable platform to train stability and balance. Using it in strength training as a pad can increase the difficulty to make your workout more effective.
