TheraBand Stability Trainers

Description

TheraBand Stability Trainers are oval-shaped, color coded foam pads. They come in different densities to provide a progressive system of balance training. TheraBand® Stability Trainers are used specifically to improve balance, postural stability, proprioception and coordination. The green and blue TheraBand® Stability Trainers are made of foam and the black TheraBand® Stability Trainer is air-filled. Progression from one to the other should be based on the individual’s ability to perform movements safely and correctly with proper postural stability and coordination.

The Blue Pad measures 16″ x 9″ x 2″ on the top, and 17″ x 10″ x 2″ on the bottom.

The Green Pad measures 14.5″ x 8″ x 1.75″ on the top, and 15″ x 8.75″ x 1.75″ on the bottom.

The Black Pad measures 17.25″ x 10.125″ x 2.5″ on the top and bottom.
