The Aeromat Fit Chair is a mobile fitness ball chair that can be used as an inflatable exercise dome as well for core balance exercises. Sturdy plastic frame with exercise ball. The extra wide base with deep insets keeps the ball stationary while performing exercises. Ideal for performing core conditioning exercises. This package includes chair base, anti-burst ball, tube set and hand pump. Patented steel bars secure the ball while performing exercises and the special caster design locks for performing exercises and unlocks for seating. Great for ergonomic sitting. This ball chair encourages active sitting, strengthens the back and promotes good posture.  Great for exercising! Tubing and/or exercise bands can be used in conjunction with the chair as added exercising tools.
